We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager to join our Customer Development Team to assist in delivering a market research and evaluation programme that informs and supports the delivery of our Customer Strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with key stakeholders to define research requirements and prepare a written brief
* Designing research solutions that are fit for purpose and represent good value for money
* Procurement and management of third-party expertise including the specification and management of the research supplier roster
* Ongoing management of established research programmes including brand and broker tracking
* Independently run ad-hoc projects to industry standards
* Managing a regular programme of research that reviews and evaluates literature to ensure relevant pieces of communication adhere to Consumer Duty requirements
* Manage, support and coach more junior members of the team as needed
What we are looking for:
* A strong demonstration of experience in research preferable agency or client-side
* Degree level education in a related social science or quantitative discipline
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships internally externally
* Proficient in MS Office
* Working knowledge of analytics software and the use of customer data
* Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
* Understanding of customer feedback metrics
* Support the Member Pulse programme of activity across Principality
* Collate multiple insight sources including category and trends analysis into impactful summaries
* Stakeholder management
