Our Fundraising Marketing team is looking for a creative, strategic and proactive individual to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that will inspire supporters to participate in and donate to our fundraising events and initiatives. In this varied and exciting role, you'll work across a portfolio of multi-channel fundraising campaigns and events, collaborating with individual giving, events, corporate and philanthropic colleagues across the organisation, as well as external suppliers, to help generate income, awareness and engagement. Using digital and traditional channels across owned, earned and paid media, you'll create engaging and effective plans and content that meets and exceeds business objectives and helps deliver against our EDI strategy. This role is perfect for you if you are confident using a range of digital marketing skills to acquire new audiences and connect with existing communities; you understand how to measure and optimise marketing performance; and you thrive on working collaboratively.
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training.
