The Wiltshire Pension Fund ensures all pension benefits are paid correctly, on a timely basis and in line with the scheme regulations. It manages the relationships with the Fund’s 170+ scheme employers, overseeing the admission and cessation of these organisations.
As the Pension Fund Operations Manager, you will lead the operations team, setting its strategy and direction to align with the Fund's overall vision, goals, and values. Our ideal candidate will hold a degree or a relevant professional qualification such as IPPM, PMI, or CII, or possess equivalent experience. Significant experience in the administration and operations of a large defined benefits pension scheme, with an excellent understanding of defined benefit pension scheme management and the critical factors and challenges involved in pension service delivery will be essential.
