About the role
We are looking to appoint an Operations Supervisor for our Sports & Activities team. This is a key role that will involve overseeing the daily operational plans, ensuring relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team and that they are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, managing the allocation of staff resources to meet guest needs, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the implementation of daily operational plans, including allocating staff and resources to meet guest demands.
* To manage the allocation of staff resources, ensuring that the team is deployed effectively to meet guest needs.
* To monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
* To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a hospitality or leisure environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
