Expleo are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support our innovative and dynamic customer, based in Bedfordshire, who are positioned to become the most desirable Asian automotive brand in Europe.
This role is offered on an ongoing contract basis. Expleo is keen to speak to individuals with an administration background, ideally with experience of vehicle parts or stores.
Responsibilities of the Administrator include:
1. Provide administration support for the Vehicle Test team, including report writing, collating data, and logging of risk assessments.
2. Raise orders, receipt of goods, and processing of invoices.
3. Ensure parts are ready for dispatch.
4. Assist Stores Department.
Experience required for the position of Administrator:
1. Administration background.
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to prioritise workload, with strong attention to detail.
3. Fully proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Experience in a busy office environment is desirable.
