Our client, a leading Ecommerce brand is in search for a Senior Marketing Analyst to make a meaningful impact by analyzing marketing performance and uncovering opportunities for optimization and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Transform and unify large datasets from various sources to deliver robust and efficient insights. Design and build dashboards that empower marketing teams to evaluate performance across channels, including Affiliates, Paid Media, Social, Organic, and CRM. Deliver actionable insights through exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills. Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate media investment levers and optimize campaign performance. Partner with analytics and customer insight teams to understand marketing's role in customer behavior and Lifetime Value (LTV). Enhance customer communications with data-driven segmentations and rules-based models. Support cross-channel analytics projects, such as media mix modeling, and assist in qualitative survey data analysis. Actively contribute to the Data and Analytics team and participate in the Data Centre of Excellence. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Essential: At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role. Advanced SQL skills. Proficiency in building dashboards (e.g., Tableau). Expertise in media and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4). Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Skilled in data storytelling and presenting insights to diverse audiences. Experience in measurement and evaluation techniques, such as A/B testing and ROI analysis. Desirable: Experience in an eCommerce environment. Familiarity with customer or multimedia data platforms. Knowledge of media performance metrics, including CPA and ROAS, and incrementality testing. Understanding of attribution methodologies and media mix modeling. Insights into customer analytics and engagement metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
