Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in a very busy transport office. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position based in our office location.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
2. Assist with data entry and record keeping.
3. Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
4. Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
6. Provide support to other team members as needed.
Skills:
1. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
5. Strong administrative and clerical abilities.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Typing speed and accuracy.
