As Pay & Rewards Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are compensated accurately and fairly while supporting the development of competitive pay and benefits strategies. What You'll Do Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees. Benefits Administration: Support the design and delivery of employee rewards, benefits, and incentive programmes. Employee Support: Handle payroll and benefits queries with efficiency, offering timely resolutions and excellent service. System Expertise: Act as the HR system superuser, maintaining configurations and ensuring system accuracy. Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to optimise payroll and rewards processes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to UK payroll legislation, including pensions, year-end reporting, and HMRC submissions. Data & Insights: Analyse payroll and reward data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. What You Bring Advanced Excel skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven experience managing payroll and benefits processes. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. A minimum of three years of payroll experience, specifically within the hospitality sector, with expertise in managing payroll through Fourth. Proven track record in handling high-volume payroll processes, including fortnightly and monthly schedules. Preferably CIPP qualified Why Join Wingstop?
