Our client is a specialist the plant equipment sector due to growth they now require a Business Development Manager covering North Yorkshire/North East.
The Role
1. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in building and managing key customer relationships, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring customer satisfaction for continued and sustainable growth.
2. Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
3. The role will be out on the road with customers 4 out of 5 days per week.
4. Identify new business opportunities and tactically increase the customer base. Develop a commercial pipeline.
5. Work with the Sales Manager to produce the sales budget, forecasts and financial plans for your customers.
6. Deliver against all agreed financial KPIs.
7. Deliver the sales plan for your customer base.
8. Develop and manage an annual growth plan in line with new forecasts.
