Contract: part time Fixed term till September 2026
Hours: 22 hours to be discussed within the boundaries of Monday to Friday 8:30–4:30
Band 3 Salary: £24,071-£25,674 pro rata
Are you an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated individual, eager to make a difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our brand new rehabilitation and relapse prevention team as team administrator
What You’ll Do:
· You will work as a team administrator within a new and emerging service, to help set it up and to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience for every individual
· You will support the team in maintaining up to date and accurate diaries including patient appointments, inputting, maintaining information, undertaking word processing of correspondence, reports, agendas, and minutes
· You will need to use appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication skills
· You will record clinical documentation in a timely and organised manner
· You will support/assist in organising meetings, seminars, events and training events
· You will undertake general office duties such as distributing mail, photocopying, filing and communicating/circulating information to members of the team

Experience of this type of work is desirable but aptitude and motivation are equally considered to be essential qualities in providing the high standards of service that this post demands.
