Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour.
Day Shifts: 08:00 - 20:30 (37.5 hours per week worked over 7 days)
Due to a genuine occupational requirement, we are looking to recruit workers that hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence for this particular role.
Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.
You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.

Description & Responsibilities:
* Supporting autistic adults with associated learning and communication difficulties to live full and independent lives.
* Encouraging individuals to attend events and activities of their choice, endorsing hobbies and interests while delivering an individualised, person-led service.
* Engaging residents in daily activities that focus on emotional and physical well-being.
* Providing learning activities and encouraging interests such as music, art, and other hobbies that support self-expression and communication.
* Engaging in outdoor and indoor activities with all residents, including swimming, bike rides, trampolining, and walking.
* Comfortable supporting personal care and managing behaviour that can challenge others.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
* Empathy, understanding, and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
* Competent in verbal and written English
* A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential
