About The Role
EKC Group are seeking a Learning Resources Assistant to join the Group. As a Learning Resources Assistant, you will assist users with all information enquiries, helping them find books and supporting them with the use of IT, copiers, and printers.
The role responsibilities will also include supporting students with a variety of additional learning needs in varying formats and liaising with external agencies and suppliers to source and order information services resources.

About You
We are seeking to appoint an individual with a background in education or libraries to join our enthusiastic, friendly team to support students with their enquiries and study needs. You will need excellent communications and interpersonal skills and experience of delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will be a creative, flexible, and self-motivated team player who enjoys working with young people. You will enjoy working in a busy and changing work environment.
