What’s involved?
As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the conductor of the dining experience, overseeing everything from staff scheduling and training to ensuring a smooth flow of service for every guest.
You’ll lead and motivate your front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment where everyone thrives. By setting exceptional service standards and managing guest reservations, seating, and satisfaction, you’ll ensure our reputation for excellence remains unmatched.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping the restaurant’s success by contributing to marketing initiatives, managing inventory, and working alongside the Head Chef for seamless kitchen-to-table service.
Additionally, your keen eye for detail will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and your analytic skills will be used to generate reports that guide our future decisions.
You must have experience in 3 rosette or Michelin starred restaurants.
