As a Lounge manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring your Lounge is an exceptional and welcoming environment for both staff and the local community. Your role is to make sure every customer leaves happy, supported by your outstanding management skills.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving and preparing fresh food and drinks
* Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labor, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and brand standards within budget
* Experience in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
* Some back-of-house experience and understanding of kitchen operations is a plus
