Reporting to the Content Lead - Brand, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a talented Senior Videographer to execute our brand and content strategy across all physical and digital touchpoints, producing best-in-class video content befitting of the Aston Martin brand.
In this role you will be required to:
1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute a dynamic content strategy across all physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand's positioning, creative vision, and marketing objectives while resonating with fans and partners worldwide.
2. Produce innovative and disruptive video content tailored for specific channels, showcasing the team's technical, human, and behind-the-scenes stories. Maintain a strong focus on the latest trends and content strategies, particularly on TikTok, to maximise engagement.
3. Uphold and enhance the team's brand identity through creative storytelling that delivers on commercial partner objectives, ensuring partner visibility with an always-on approach.
4. Contribute fresh and disruptive ideas to content planning and storytelling, bringing innovation into both trackside coverage and broader campaigns to elevate the team's creative output.
Key skills:
1. Excellent content production capabilities with a passion for sports and lifestyle, and proven experience as a Senior or Mid-Weight Videographer.
2. Strong storytelling skills, optimising content for specific audiences while maintaining Aston Martin’s luxury brand standards.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to capture content on location, directing talent, managing budgets, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
4. Ideate, storyboard, and execute creative content, delivering assets optimised for platform-specific algorithms.
5. In-depth knowledge of social media channels, particularly TikTok, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to each platform.
6. Consistently apply brand guidelines while demonstrating expertise in cinematography, including composition, lighting, and shot framing.
7. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for producing high-quality, visually compelling content.
8. Fan-first mindset, understanding of content best practices, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
9. Strong team player and excellent communicator.
10. Skilled at task planning, workload prioritisation, and setting realistic delivery expectations.
11. Valid driver’s licence for travel to shoots when required.
The role will be based at the AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone, with an additional requirement to travel to other team offices as and when requested to meet the requirements of the Company.
