IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line
* 5+ years' experience in IT support (2nd line or above)
* Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs
* Hands-on experience with Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Power Platform, and PowerShell
* Virtualisation expertise (VMware, Hyper-V)
* Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
* Customer-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude
