Role title: Contracts and Partnership Manager Reports to: Head of Sales Purpose: To work within the Hey Girls Contracts and Partnership team to deliver excellent and profitable account management across established contracts and new customers. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with businesses/clients, and oversee all aspects of account administration, forecasting, order processing, stock liaison, across our client sectors. Actively engage with potential new businesses to drive new opportunities and sales into Hey Girls. As the first point of contact, to new and existing partners, ensuring appropriate resolution of any arising issues. Secure and maintain Period Dignity accounts within the sectors, emphasising the social impact of the Hey Girls brand. Formulate proposals for the distribution of period products that considers the unique characteristics of organisations, including variations in size, culture and needs. Responsible for management of contracts and all other formal and informal procurement, including the writing and submissions of tender bids. Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure that delivery plans are in place aligned to agreed outputs and contractual terms. Provide a high level of communication and service to Hey Girls partners, including the improvement of internal operational systems and processes. Coordinate and participate at trade shows and prospect partner presentations and pitches when required, bringing the work of Hey Girls alive and effectively communicating our purpose and benefits. Provide strategic perspective of expanding markets as part of the management team. Attend client meetings in person, which may include travel and over night stays. Individual Capabilities · To fulfil the requirements of this role, you must be able to demonstrate; · Previous experience of managing commercial partners/partnerships to ensure effective supplier engagement and contract management. · Ability to develop and build strong relationships. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence external stakeholders. This is an office based role with some travel to meet clients and for team meetings. You must be available to travel within the UK. Must live in commutable distance to Diss. Salary: £40,000 PA.
