About Our Client
An SME manufacturing and production firm based in Doncaster. The team are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager from either a B2C or B2B background to lead the marketing function.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager will include:
* Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
* Take ownership of marketing performance.
* Implement the SEO strategy to increase web traffic.
* Utilise the CRM system (Hubspot) to create engaging marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
* Effectively manage and interpret marketing data, and report to the senior leadership team.
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.
* Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget.
* Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:
* A degree in Marketing or a related field.
* 3+ years proven work experience in Digital Marketing.
* Experience with Hubspot CRM is highly desirable.
* SEO experience.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to manage upwards and across stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
