Areas Covered: Liverpool, Wirral, Warrington, Wigan, Chester, North Wales JOB FUNCTION • Responsible for sales, profitability and customer service for the assigned customers and areas. Responsible for the growth of the assigned customers’ and areas’ sales and recruiting new customers in the sales territory (as instructed). Provide support to customers for developing their business. Adhere to Brand guidelines & protect Brand Equity. MAJOR DUTIES • Achieve the sales target and business objectives assigned by the National Sales Manager. • Introduce and sell new products and promotions according to the established objectives. • Distribute advertising and promotional material using the best merchandising techniques. • Advise customers about the effective use of the Company’s products. • Proactively and constantly offer and provide support for customers’ business development, offering them the best tools and solutions in each case. • Promote customer assistance at events and meetings. • Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits, fulfilling orders and quickly and efficiently resolving all incidents and claims. • Carry out various administrative and planning tasks: o Process the orders obtained on a daily basis. o Submit all required admin reports within the stipulated timeframes. o Establish an effective journey plan. o Prepare for the visits in advance, focusing on the assigned objectives. o Collect unpaid invoices and deposit the funds within the established times. o Follow the procedures and rules established by the Company. o Alignment with Field Technical Educator to establish growth & development plans for wholesalers. o Be informed and keep the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager informed about competitor activities and market demands. o Maintain a standard of excellence and quality in the work carried out. o Maintain company equipment to the required standards.
