During your training, you'll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:
1. Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
2. S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets, utilise COINS SIT Budgets.
3. Order Placement: Chair meetings and facilitate COINS Order Placement.
4. Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries, and draft certificates.
5. CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs and compile comprehensive reports.
6. Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts and understand pricing structures.
