Our client is an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
They are now looking for a Maintenance Facilitator to join the, on a full-time, permanent basis.
The working hours for this role are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm (with one rotational day of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
- Friday, 7:45 am to 12:30 pm
- Additional rotational Friday afternoons worked from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, paid at the standard hourly rate

The Role
As a Maintenance Facilitator, you will manage maintenance schedules and works on our clients manufacturing plant.
Overseeing the strategy that will manufacturing output at peak efficiency, you will work alongside operations and engineering teams to prioritise and schedule maintenance tasks.
You will also oversee the engineering stores operations, ensuring engineering materials and equipment are managed, stored, and readily available to support manufacturing.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement proactive maintenance practices
- Seek to reduce equipment failures to enhance production efficiency
About You
To be considered as a Maintenance Facilitator, you will need:
- Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance workflows
- Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
- Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
