On-boarding Specialist
Location: Hybrid (2 days in the Newcastle office)

To Join Our Team
Contribute to the overall success of the RLTS sales team by providing on-boarding to new and existing Rightmove partners who have purchased our Lead to Keys product to ensure a smooth transition and the retention of the product as part of their package. The role will involve carrying out training with these agents, ensuring they are using all the features available to them and most importantly that they really love the service they receive.
What you'll be doing
* Collaborating with the sales team and Account Managers to drive retention and growth for all Lead to Keys partners.
* Presenting training to large groups when needed online via Teams/Zoom etc.
* Ownership of a designated book of specific customers for the full on-boarding lifecycle.
* Positioning our Rent Guarantee products to all new Lead to Keys users in the first 4 months of go live and referring opportunities to the relevant stakeholders.
* Identifying areas of improvement in the product and providing feedback on a regular basis to the product team.
* Analysing data to help with retention & growth plans for individual partners.
* Maintaining a CRM database of your customers.
* Attending departmental and full sales team meetings.
Who you are
* To ensure success in a virtual role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate their ability to manage accounts through virtual platforms such as Teams or Zoom.
* Be well presented for all customer meetings whether in the office or WFH.
* Ability to demonstrate SAAS product to partners of all IT levels.
* Skilled in building strong relationships.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with data.
* Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
* Engage in self-development and ongoing training while actively collaborating with your team and manager.
* Team player who can build strong internal relationships and able to give detailed feedback.
* Drives for results to achieve commercial goals and has the ability to create solutions and share success amongst colleagues.
FCA Conduct
* You must complete 15 hours of unstructured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year.
* Upon commencement of the role, you must provide details of employment referees covering a five-year period and these must demonstrate you are of ‘good repute’ to perform a regulated role.
* You must demonstrate on an annual basis that you are of ‘good repute’ to perform a regulated role through a successful DBS check and credit check.
* You must inform the Compliance Officer immediately if your criminal or credit circumstances change.
