Working as part of a team in a busy front-line service that will at times require you to be able to priorities customer needs with programme, procedures and processes Experience Relevant experience in a leisure and customer services environment. The positions are for both qualified and unqualified Leisure Assistants roles. Qualified candidates will be responsible for supervising pools and a RLSS National pool Lifeguard Qualification is the minimum requirement for this role as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, security and safety of the facilities.
