We are now looking for an Apprentice Business Analyst to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
As an Apprentice Business Analyst, you will learn all there is to know about enhancing business processes as part of a Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship.
Specifically, you will learn how to identify business requirements for various projects and programmes. You’ll develop an understanding of how to perform requirements gathering, estimating and feasibility studies that will enhance the value of technology solutions.
Assisting the Development Team, you’ll learn how to conduct testing and support product delivery.
Additionally, you will learn how to:
- Define and prioritise functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts
- Act as the escalation point for the Helpdesk / Support team
- Document release notes
About You
To be considered as an Apprentice Business Analyst, you will need:
- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science
- At least a Level 3 qualification (for Data/Business Analyst)
- Basic project management skills
- Technical literacy
- An understanding of confidentiality
- Good influencing skills with a desire to build a track record of collaboration with clients
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
