In this role, you will support the Principal Lawyer in the running and development of the Planning and Regeneration team, including deputising in the Principal Lawyer's absence where necessary. You will be managing 4-5 members of staff and will carry a reduced caseload of your own. Tthe successful Assistant Principal Planning and Regeneration Lawyer will have prior experience of supervising staff and will be a legal specialist in planning and highways law. Prior local authority experience is required, and you must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx). This is a hybrid, full-time role offering a salary of £62-69k.
