Administrator required to join our established client, supporting the Estimating team with administrative duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Salary will be £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Estimating team
Check all new tenders meet requirements, update notification sheet, distribute records, organise and file tenders
Contact subcontractors to gage interest in pricing and request quotations and chase for quotes
All other adhoc administration duties to support the teamBenefits:

Previous administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
Construction industry experience is preferred
Previous experience supporting an estimating team is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
