Job Description
Tele Sales Agent, Andover:
* Making outgoing TeleSales calls
* Hit weekly Tele-Sales KPIs
* Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting high-quality services.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their questions and needs.
* Use active listening skills to identify sales opportunities.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales strategies.
* Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.
* Stay updated with product knowledge and market developments.
* Follow compliance regulations and company standards at all times.
The Successful Applicant
* You will be self-motivated to hit KPIs and make sales that pay you commission.
* Previous experience in telesales or a customer-focused sales role is desirable.
* Follow up warm leads - This is not cold calling.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive yet friendly approach.
* Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
* Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain resilience.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Eligible to work in the UK permanently.
What's on Offer
Salary of circa £25,000 - £28,000 plus weekly commission that is circa £600/week (based on average).
