We have a great new opportunity for a Paralegal to join DAS Law (part of ARAG UK) in our Landlord and Tenant team in our citycentreBristol offices.
The successful candidate will join our high-performing Volume Litigation department, which comprises of several teams including the landlord and tenant team, small and fast track contract teams and personal injury teams. The department undertakes a wide range of litigation work and encourage an early level of client contact and file responsibility. The successful candidate will focus on residential landlord and tenant disputes primarily on behalf of landlord and tenants which have the benefit of before the event legal expense insurance. The successful candidate will be joining a hard working and exceptionally friendly team of individuals, all of whom adopt our values with a dedication to mutual respect, continuous improvement and client care.
The landlord and tenant team is currently made up of a number of paralegals, CILEx qualified lawyers and trainee solicitors of varied experience all specialising in possession work. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience, whilst focusing on running a substantial caseload often with many technical legal elements. You will be encouraged to take early responsibility for the litigation process, albeit always under appropriate supervision and with full support and guidance.
