ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
You will have the responsibility of end-to-end recruitment project management. You will play the key role in partnering with our Line Managers to bring the best talents to the organization through shaping recruitment strategy and selecting candidates.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate local Talent Acquisition & Identification activities
2. Responsible for the complete recruitment process (end-to-end) for all departments of the company across different hierarchical levels using traditional recruitment channels and active sourcing
3. Proactively create respective talent pools across the BU, using the sourcing channels and actively participating in Employer Branding activities
4. Coach and advise line managers in the design and implementation of the sourcing and recruitment process
5. Conduct assessment, acceleration, and development centers
6. Maintain the local talent acquisition budget including KPI monitoring and ensuring reporting of TA key figures
7. Perform talent mapping according to strategic workforce planning for key positions
8. Maintain successful relationships and build a network with different stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners, and employee agencies
9. Support and liaise with employer branding for more effective talent attraction and campaigns
10. Prepare job specifications in conjunction with Management
11. Ensure 100% compliance with the company recruitment process and policy
12. Maintain and manage a full applicant tracking system
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
1. University degree
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in similar roles or recruitment admin roles
3. Familiar with talent mapping, candidate experience, and social media recruitment
4. Strong stakeholder management experience
5. Comfortable managing the hiring process and guiding stakeholders
6. Knowledge of external labour market and talent acquisition trends
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Excellence in computer skills – MS Office
