Your Role
We’re on the brink of an exciting new chapter with the launch of our state-of-the-art facility in Longtown, and we’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. As you step into a pivotal role as our Operational Administrator, you will be the linchpin of day-to-day administrative support for our North operations. Your exceptional organisational skills will ensure the seamless functioning of our operations, and you’ll also be the welcoming face for all visitors and KN employees. You will deliver efficient and effective administrative support to our operational business function, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees while handling general QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) tasks throughout the building.
Your Responsibilities
* Carry out administrative tasks to support the continued attainment of ISO accreditation for 9001, 14001 & 45001.
* Manage the agencies timesheet reports, raise purchase orders, and order and issue stationery.
* Check, forward, and/or deal with queries, providing assistance for Road transport time and attendance consolidation and Radio Paging reports.
* Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer queries or resolutions are actioned.
* Provide information and statistical data in various forms, including the production of PowerPoint slide decks.
* Administer QSHE documentation along with updating and maintaining notice boards.
* Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including training matrices.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and problem-solve.
* Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
