Due to high demand in and across Preston. We are looking for dedicated and determined Receptionists to join one of our Schools in Preston.
As the School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment within our school. Your duties will include handling inquiries, managing communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:
10. Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
11. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
12. Manage student attendance records and handle admission and registration processes.
13. Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff and school events.
14. Maintain and update school records and databases.
15. Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
16. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organised.
Preferred Skills:
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
18. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
19. Legal right to work in the UK.
20. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
