As part of a national transformation of Revision Knee services, the NNUH has become a Major Revision Centre, which requires the expansion of services for patients with problematic knee replacements. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for creating and delivering Mindfulness-based interventions specifically for this group of patients. You will work with the Knee Revision team to provide services which are tailored to the individual needs of these patients and continuously develop these services to ensure patients receive patient-centred care and treatment they need with the most up to date evidence-based practice. You will have a pro-active role in developing, reviewing and updating patient information and departmental policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Occupational Therapy management of patients presenting to the relevant service/team. You will also collaborate with the knee revision team to develop and deliver non-surgical pathways and interventions and ensure the Major Revision Centre is delivering effective and patient-centered treatments and care.
