Become a vital member of a fast-growing luxury handbag brand in an exciting and dynamic role. DeMellier is looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team, deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of our website. As the Ecommerce Executive, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and work closely with the Creative, Customer Service, Production & Logistics, and Marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities:
ECOMMERCE, WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & TRADING
Product and Collection Management
* Collaborate with the wider teams to launch new campaigns, collections, and products, meeting weekly/monthly deadlines.
* Oversee the online product catalogue, including descriptions, pricing, photography, uploads, and testing.
* Coordinate with design and creative teams to produce website assets and approve all imagery.
* Validate product data and image assets, resolving discrepancies before uploading content.
* Manage online tools such as pop-ups, banners, and "As Seen On" features.
* Work with the Manager to improve website operations and processes.
* Implement, maintain, and monitor translations using the ‘Translate and Adapt’ app for multiple languages, including German and French.
Visual Merchandising
* Enhance site appearance by optimizing imagery and strategic product placement, guided by Creative and Merchandising/Sales initiatives.
Pre-orders and Stock Management
* Oversee the pre-order process, ensuring delivery times and information are accurate and up-to-date.
* Monitor store inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure stock is live on the site.
* Liaise with Production, Merchandising teams, and third-party logistics partners to ensure the latest updates are on site at all times.
* Support the Customer Service team with technical or product-related queries.
Website Content
* Update the homepage and relevant site content according to approved schedules and sign-off dates.
* Create content pages, collection pages, blogs, and specific campaign landing pages.
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
* Monitor and analyse user behaviour through tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session recording to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
* Assist with reporting and analysis across key Ecommerce KPIs and Weekly Trading.
* Report on optimization and testing projects.
* Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the site, gaining a thorough understanding of the full processes.
* Complete weekly site walkthroughs and recommend improvements to onsite standards and customer journey.
REQUIREMENTS
* BA or Masters degree
* Knowledge of Shopify
* Basic HTML
* Data driven and highly analytical.
* Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
* Proficient in Google Analytics, Google tools and CRO/UX analytics tools.
* Experience with Klaviyo or other advanced email and CRM platforms would be a plus.
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong team player and positive can-do attitude
