Our fantastic client in Windsor are a leading Digital Healthcare firm that are continuing to grow and are looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!
They are paying a salary of £23,800. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm and (37.5 hours a week) and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
* General administration such as issuing appointments
* Data-entry
* Diary work
* Answering incoming calls
* Making outgoing calls
* Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
* Ordering and processing medical records
* Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
Skills required for the role:

* Friendly and able to work well within a team
* 1 year of transferable experience
* Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
