Job Summary Are you an Insolvency professional looking to step away from casework? We are currently looking for someone to join our client's Insolvency Systems team in a new helpdesk support role. Our client is looking for someone who has good working knowledge of IPS and Virtual Cabinet and ideally at least two years case work experience at Insolvency Administrator level. Insolvency Systems are part of the central Insolvency Compliance ('Compliance’) department which operates out of our client's Head Office in Manchester and are responsible for the Software Systems our insolvency division use day-to-day, primarily IPS and Virtual Cabinet ('VC’). What will you do? This role is to provide Systems support via our client's helpdesk to their insolvency and restructuring business. Key activities will be: Responsibility for triaging all helpdesk queries - separating Systems and Technical Compliance/Regulatory Responsibility for dealing with Systems related queries and liaising with software providers’ support teams where needed Assist with Systems upgrade preparation and testing - liaising with our IT department when required Assist other team members for example undertaking research, collating information, preparing or amending documentation, maintaining internal records etc. Liaising with other head office functions in order to obtain information from them or provide assistance to them. What are they looking for? The ideal candidate would an Insolvency Case Administrator with experience using IPS SQL and VC, who would like to apply their existing knowledge and skills in a Systems support capacity. A good working knowledge of IPS and Virtual Cabinet At least two years case work experience at Insolvency Administrator level Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel Good communication skills and a desire to help others Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues Self-starter
