Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Accountable for developing the governance structure, budget, performance and results for the Supply Chain team in a new and complex Supply Chain work stream within the BAES Capability, Capacity & Resilience Programme
* Establishing effective risk management, change control, stakeholder management and requirements capture to enable integration with the wider SSN-AUKUS programme
* Driving delivery against the work stream schedule, assuring project plans and priorities are in place to address resource and operational challenges
* Responsible for end to end delivery within cost, schedule and performance boundaries as defined in the contracts, associated Control Account Plans, and build programmes
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Extensive knowledge of Project Management gained through experience at a senior level Management, leadership and business Executive skills
* Experienced within the Submarines business
Desirable:
* Experience of setting up or running a large or complex programme, ideally within Defence/Supply Chain/Infrastructure
* APMP Qualification
