We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent on a contract basis until the end of 2025 (with the potential to extend/or become permanent).
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Westfalia Fruit, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us to find great people for our teams across Europe. You'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from assisting with candidate sourcing and ensuring consistent communication to scheduling interviews and helping with talent attraction campaigns across social media.
Collaborating closely with our small team of experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll learn how to deliver an excellent, best in class recruitment service and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects our values.
This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in candidate management, coordination, and learn about different recruitment techniques, all while playing a vital role in supporting our company growth.
Responsibilities include:
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to support with sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
* Provide key administrative support to the TA team, including responding to candidate enquiries, managing the centralised TA inbox and providing timely updates on application statuses.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Workable.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Help to gather and share interview feedback from hiring teams.
* Take minutes in key meetings and track action points.
* Act as a key point of contact with candidates, providing excellent customer service.
* Help to maintain a positive employer brand by supporting recruitment and other campaigns across social media channels.
* Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment and branding events.
Requirements
Experience we look for:
Essential
* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Ability to work in a fast paced team with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and providing high-quality support to the team.
Desirable
* Experience within HR, Talent Acquisition or a similar field.
* Additional fluency in a European language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish)
