The Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to support the delivery of high performing, engaged and diverse teams by leading on talent and development activities across PRS for Music.
The Learning and Development Partner will partner the business to review talent, interpret learning needs and to source, design and deliver high quality development interventions. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and provide innovative solutions and manage learning projects in accordance to business needs as well as support an efficient, accurate and confidential L&D administration service to PRS for Music.
Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end projects from researching and designing creative solutions to delivering successful interventions
* Measuring success of learning interventions through robust evaluation and review outcomes with business stakeholders
* Managing targeted talent development programmes or 1:1 development needs e.g. diversity, mentoring, 360 feedback or 1:1 coaching
* Supporting the Director of Talent, Culture & Experience to partner business areas to prepare for and conduct talent reviews, facilitate discussion and support targeted development actions as appropriate
* Working with the Director of Talent, Culture & Experience to design and deliver leadership and management development programmes by sourcing and briefing suppliers, co-ordinating training and communicating with delegates
* Overseeing performance management cycle including updating timelines, guides, forms, communications and training for objective setting, performance review and development conversations
* Overseeing PRS new starter induction through co-ordination, content management, facilitation and evaluation
* Budgetary and cost control management, including forecast and spending.
About you
* Previous experience with business partnering and co-ordination of L&D function.
* Proven experience with design and delivery of blended learning solutions and programme facilitation.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship building and management skills
* Intermediate IT skills including full MS suite and broad knowledge of learning technology.
* L&D diploma, CIPD or equivalent is desirable.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
