The post of Assurance and Performance Analytical Support Manager is part of the Resources Directorate, working in the Oversight and Assurance team. This role is instrumental to the performance reporting function of the ICB. You will be working with the team, other directorates, and clinicians. The Oversight and Assurance Team are seeking a motivated, experienced analyst to work with the team and wider organisation in producing and providing reporting and analysis to support service improvement and change. The role and post will support oversight of performance and delivery against Constitutional, Operational Planning and local standards. You will with the team be integral to the ICB having in place robust reporting and providing assurance to the relevant governance meetings. Hybrid working. Main duties of the job Duties and responsibilities include ensuring that robust systems are in place to facilitate accurate and timely analysis, monitoring and reporting of performance across Mid and South Essex System, against constitutional standards and locally agreed indicators and targets.Supporting the completion of the national planning round submissions. Working with colleagues across the system in interpreting and advising on plans/trajectories for all aspects of the system where required. Developing processes to monitor achievement and raising any issues associated with the delivery of plans. Reporting of these for the relevant governance boards and committees.
