Key Responsibilities Develop Social Media Strategies : Craft and execute strategies to increase engagement and awareness across multiple platforms, providing monthly performance reports. Content Creation : Create compelling content, from posts to multimedia, aligned with brand goals and tone. Campaigns & Competitions : Develop and manage campaigns that captivate audiences and drive growth. Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and platform updates to strengthen our digital presence. Customer Interaction : Monitor and engage with audiences, maintaining a positive and interactive brand image. Performance Metrics & Reporting : Analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
