Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Directorate Personal Assistant within the South West Nursing Directorate. Main duties of the job Managing, monitoring and formatting comprehensive draft reports, data repositories, bulletins and letters. Utilisation of advanced Microsoft Software (Office) applications and key board skills to produce agendas and papers for key Directorate meetings. Attendance will be required at Directorate meetings to minute and provide secretarial support. The postholder will have public sector experience in crafting content and utilising software platforms to deliver messages through different communication channels. The postholder will work across a large busy Directorate who operate from multiple sites, with Director level partners. Provide proactive business and office management support to the Director's Office, contributing to the completion of Directorate objectives.
