We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail presence, drive sales growth, and enhance our consumer learning to offer a better brand and experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of brand building above sales and a passion for data gathering and analysis that drives decision-making. The role:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy that prioritises brand building, customer engagement, and revenue growth leveraging digital channels across the acquisition funnel.
Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
Amazon Management: Work alongside our Amazon agency from shop to advertising.
Digital Marketing & Sales Growth: Work closely with marketing teams to optimise paid and organic traffic, improve website visitors, conversion rates, and increase customer retention.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyse customer behaviour, sales data, and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement UX/UI best practices, personalisation strategies, and customer service improvements to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient stock management and order fulfilment.
Brand Consistency & Messaging: Ensure all digital content, product listings, and marketing efforts align with Everleaf’s brand values and messaging.
Partnerships & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new technologies, and develop partnerships to enhance Everleaf’s e-commerce capabilities.
Who are you, and what experience will you have?
Proven Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, and social media advertising).
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and using insights to optimise user experience and conversion rates. Understanding the attribution modelling, including GA4 is a must.
Sales Channel Management: A track record of successfully managing e-commerce sales channels and delivering growth while maintaining brand consistency. Managing Amazon, Meta and Google agencies.
Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and fulfilment strategies to ensure seamless operations.
UX/UI Best Practices: Knowledge of UX/UI best practices to improve website performance and customer engagement.
