About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the clinical team to provide medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. Your role will also involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
About You
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant.
