We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Reception Manager to lead our front desk operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Reception Manager, you will oversee all aspects of front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for every guest. From team leadership and training to guest satisfaction and operational excellence, you will play a key role in shaping the success of Zedwell Capsule Hostel.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage the reception team.
* Guest Experience – Oversee check-ins, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
* Operations Management – Manage reservations, payments, and front desk efficiency.
* Technology & Systems – Optimize PMS and streamline processes.
* Sales & Revenue – Identify upselling opportunities and improve guest experience.
* Compliance – Ensure health & safety standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Reception Manager/Front Office Manager in a hotel or hostel.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences .
* Proficiency in reservations, PMS, and front desk operations.
