We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Controller in the Swindon area with an Automotive Commercial Garage.
As part of the team, you will be a key member at the heart of our operation.You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities.This is a very hands on, exciting, busy and challenging role.

The candidate must have:
1. Strong management and leadership skills
2. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines
3. Experience of working to KPI’s, budgets and meeting targets
4. Diligence
5. Have a proven track record of managing a team of staff
6. Experience in our automotive industry is essential
You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
Workshop Controller Requirements:
7. Ideally previous experience of working as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, Manager or Service Manager
8. To be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.
9. Full driving licence. Any endorsements must be notified
10. IT literate. Kerridge knowledge would be a distinct advantage
11. Good numerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of KPI’s
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 12pm to 10pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary:
Competitive depending on experience
