Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Design and Advisory Service Line management team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
As Personal Assistant, you will work one on one with the Service Line Managing Director acting as a point of contact between the Director and internal and external individuals. You will also support key senior leadership in the consultancy and engineering management team working across a number of locations in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Line management team.
* Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Screen and manage email.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Organize and maintain files and records.
* Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
* Conduct research and compile data as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Co-Pilot).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Using your initiative and ability to multi-task.
* Higher education qualification is preferred but not required.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
Education/Qualifications:
* 10+ years’ experience in a corporate assistant role.
* EA/PA diploma or equivalent courses are desired but not essential.

* Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
