This lovely setting stands for educational specialists, wholehearted commitment and comprehensive child care from 3 months old to pre-school! This setting is warm and welcoming and is looking for an experienced pre-school room leader to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. The setting is conveniently located very close to both train and bus links, as well as offering free parking on site.

What we need from you:
* Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
* Commitment
* Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
* Ability to work within a team
* Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Your duties will include:
* Taking charge of a key group of children
* Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
* Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
* Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
* Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
* Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
* Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed
* Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day-to-day basis
