Seeking a FEMALE Support Worker, to complete our team, in MELKSHAM

1. £12.19 per hour. Sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night
2. Full-time or part-time hours may be considered
3. Shift Patterns: Long days are preferred, 09:30 to 22:30/23:00 followed by a SLEEP SHIFT, then 07:30/08:00 to 09:30
In Melksham, we support four ladies, with learning disabilities, in their two homes.
In one home, L lives her best life, supported by one member of our team, whilst in the other home, I, K and S enjoy the company of their support worker, who is on hand to ensure their independence can be maintained and to enable them to make the most of each day.
The needs of the four ladies are varied, and whilst you will be primarily working in just one of the homes, you will get the opportunity to support in the other home, to increase, and share, your knowledge and understanding to make the biggest difference to all four ladies, and your team.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each lady to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, developing daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.

4. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
