Production Operative / Days
Are you looking for a PERMANENT placement with Proman based at TOYOTA?
We are hiring for positions in the Business Revenue Centre for Used Vehicle Refurbishments and Accessory Fitting. This position is currently days only; however, due to business requirements, this may change in the future.
Applicants will need to be versatile and flexible. Due to business requirements, there may be a necessity for members to transfer and work in main production areas in either Body shop, Paint shop, Plastics shop, or Assembly shop, which is shift work (Earlies: 06:00 - 14:18, Lates: 15:20 - 23:38).
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL to work in this department.
* You will join our production team responsible for our Valet and polish processes. We are interested in applicants who will have some experience and skills in vehicle refurbishment such as Vehicle technician, Vehicle paint sprayer, Paint preparation, SMART repair, Vehicle inspection, and Wheel refurbishment.
Working hours for Day Shift:
* Monday-Friday: 07:00 am - 15:33 pm
* 39 hours per week
* You will need to attend a 15-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.
Pay Rates for Day Shift ONLY:
* GBP13.22 per hour (GBP26,870 per annum)
* Monthly Pay

* Discretionary Annual bonus
* Overtime can be called for up to 2 hours at the end of your shift
* Overtime is paid at a premium: time and third for the first two hours and time and a half thereafter.
