E-Commerce Digital Marketing Content Assistant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The UK Digital Marketing team are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic Marketing Content Assistant to join the team, where you’ll experience no two days are the same! From supporting creative shoots at our airport stores and executing website content updates, to deep diving into data and delivering reports, the role offers a wide and exciting remit working within a leading travel retail company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with Online Trading & Content Strategy: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing online trading and content strategies across digital channels and external partners.
* Content Delivery Across Channels: Assist digital teams with content delivery across the website, social media, and CRM.
* Align Global Campaigns to UK Needs: Work with the global team to ensure global marketing campaigns align with UK requirements across social, website, and CRM.
* Create & Share Reports: Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and share insights with the wider business.
* Drive Website Traffic: Help drive traffic to the website by balancing creativity with commercial KPIs.
* Monitor Online Partner Performance: Track and report on online partner performance, delivering monthly insights.
* Manage Social Engagement: Manage the social media inbox, respond to messages, interact with the community, and escalate queries as needed.
* Capture Content from Stores: Visit airport stores to capture content of live campaigns and brand activations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in Digital Marketing: Practical experience in digital marketing, with a key focus on areas such as content creation, social media and reporting.
* Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to adjust tone and style for different content and audiences.
* Customer Service Awareness: Understand best practices when responding to online comments and messages.
* Creative & Commercial Balance: Ability to think creatively while meeting commercial objectives.
* Proactive & Organised: Strong organisational skills and a proactive, confident approach.
* Experience with Magento CMS: Experience with Magento CMS is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
* Driver’s License (Preferred): A driving license is beneficial for airport store visits.
